Abstract

Shupihui: Revista Latinoamericana de Actualidad y Análisis apareció en 1976 como un boletín de la Coordinación Pastoral de la Selva (Perú), dirigido a los agentes pastorales con temas sobre actualidad religiosa latinoamericana. La revista se comprometió a ser una voz orientadora, esclarecedora y divulgadora en la amazonia peruana para los diversos temas existentes de actualidad y analisis de latinoamerica y el mundo. En abril - junio de 1981, surgió la publicación de la revista Shupihui volumen 06, numero 18, bajo la dirección del Padre Joaquin Garcia, en este número se recopila la experiencia cinematográfica del pasado con la mayor fidelidad posible, indicando algunas opciones para el futuro cercano. El celuloide es el recurso de masas con mayor poder de influencia en el audiovisual hombre contemporáneo, lo que permite establecer relaciones con los hombres del Perú y del mundo. De esta manera se indica a invitar a destacadas figuras de la comunicación y la cinematografía a participar en movimientos en defensa de las tierras y los pobres de la selva, para que la palabra transida de angustia, llegue a la opinión pública y al corazón del mundo.

Shupihui: Latin American magazine of Actuality and Analysis appeared in 1976 as a bulletin of the Pastoral Coordination of the Jungle (Peru), directed to the pastoral agents with topics on Latin American religious actuality. The magazine was committed to be a guiding, enlightening and disseminating voice in the Peruvian Amazon for the various existing issues of current affairs and analysis of Latin America and the world. In April - June 1981, the publication of the magazine Shupihui volume 06, number 18, under the direction of Father Joaquin Garcia, in this number the cinematographic experience of the past is compiled with the greatest possible fidelity, indicating some options for the near future. The celluloid is the resource of masses with greater power of influence in the audiovisual contemporary man, which allows to establish relations with the men of Peru and the world. In this way it is indicated to invite prominent figures of communication and cinematography to participate in movements in defense of the land and the poor of the jungle, so that the word transited of anguish, reaches the public opinion and the heart of the world.
