Abstract

SPANISH: En la presidencia de la república estaba el ARQ. FERNANDO BELAUNDE TERRY y las gestiones más importantes fueron hechas por el diputado JORGE ALEGRÍA DEL ÁGUILA y JUAN PINASCO VILLANUEVA, este último que consiguió que la propietaria del terreno SRA. LUISA FREYTAS DE AUGUSTIN donara el sitio y el diputado ALEGRÍA las gestiones para que no nos quiten el derecho que en Iquitos se construya el coliseo y asi inaugurado en el año de 1964.<br><br>ENGLISH: In the presidency of the republic was ARQ. FERNANDO BELAUNDE TERRY and the most important efforts were made by Congressman JORGE ALEGRÍA DEL ÁGUILA and JUAN PINASCO VILLANUEVA, the latter who got the owner of the land MRS. LUISA FREYTAS DE AUGUSTIN donated the site and the congressman ALEGRÍA the steps to not take away the right to build the coliseum in Iquitos and thus inaugurated in 1964.
