Abstract

SPANISH: Se observo la fachada de la que fue la ex Gerencia Sub Regional de Alto Amazonas que desde su inicio tuvo varios cambios, siendo el 21 de noviembre de 1978 la fecha de su creacion durante el gobierno militar del General Francisco Morales Bermudez Cerruti como Comité de Desarrollo de Alto Amazonas (CODEAA), formando parte de la estructura del Organismo de Desarrollo de Loreto (ORDELORETO). Con fecha 15 de diciembre de 1981 y mediante Ley N° 23339 se cambia el nombre a Gerencia Micro Regional de Alto Amazonas, dentro de la estructura de la Corporación Departamental de Loreto (CORDELOR). Posteriormente, en el año 1992, hubo dos hechos importantes: el primero, a través del Decreto Ley N° 25432 del 17 de abril, se norma transitoriamente la Organización y Funcionamiento de los Gobiernos Regional, creando los Consejos Transitorios de Administración Regional (CTAR), segundo, el 23 de diciembre, mediante Decreto Ley N°26106, se ordena la reestructuración de los CTAR y a través de ella se crean las denominadas Sub Regiones, y es así como actualmente nuestras Institución se llama Gerencia Sub Regional de Alto Amazonas.<br><br>ENGLISH: We observed the facade of the former Sub Regional Management of Alto Amazonas, which since its inception had several changes, being on November 21, 1978 the date of its creation during the military government of General Francisco Morales Bermudez Cerruti as Development Committee of Alto Amazonas (CODEAA), as part of the structure of the Development Agency of Loreto (ORDELORETO). On December 15, 1981 and by means of Law N° 23339, the name was changed to Micro Regional Management of Alto Amazonas, within the structure of the Departmental Corporation of Loreto (CORDELOR). Subsequently, in 1992, there were two important events: first, through Decree Law No. 25432 of April 17, the Organization and Functioning of the Regional Governments was temporarily regulated, creating the Transitory Councils of Regional Administration (CTAR); second, on December 23, through Decree Law No. 26106, the restructuring of the CTAR was ordered and through it, the so-called Sub Regions were created, and this is how our institution is currently called Sub Regional Management of Alto Amazonas.
